We use high-quality materials including 14k and 18k gold plating over sterling silver or stainless steel, as well as ethically sourced gemstones and AAA-grade cubic zirconia to ensure lasting shine and durability.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store your jewelry in the provided JTG pouch when not in use.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every JTG Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
